No. If most of your clients use insurance, TherapyNotes is built for that and TranqBay isn’t.
Does TherapyNotes have a website builder?
We could not find one on their site as of 14 October 2026. They offer free TherapySearch directory profiles.
Which costs less?
For booking and video, TranqBay Professional is $59 and TherapyNotes Solo is $69. With AI notes, TranqBay Premium is $99 including a website, and TherapyNotes Solo with TherapyFuel is $109. List prices as of 14 October 2026.
Is there a free trial?
TherapyNotes has a 30-day trial. TranqBay plans cancel any time, and paid features keep working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I bring my clients over?
Yes. Add them one by one or upload a spreadsheet, and invite them when you’re ready; nobody gets an email until you do. Email us before you switch and we’ll talk it through with you.
